-1 lb ground chicken
-1/4 cup hot sauce
-1/4 cup bread crumbs
-1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-1/4 cup finely chopped celery
-1/4 cup finely chopped onion
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
-salt and pepper to taste
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, hot sauce, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, celery, onion, egg, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
3. Using your hands, mix the ingredients until well combined.
4. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
